Diane moved to Gaylord with her family 23 years ago. She has been married to her husband, Matt, for 32 years. They have 2 children. In August of 2015 their son and daughter-in-law blessed them with their first grandchild, Evelyn Grace. Diane loves living in northern Michigan with all it has to offer. Snowmobiling in the winter and boating in the summer with family and friends are her off time passions … just asking her about them will put a smile on her face and a story is bound to be told! Diane is our Practice Administrator and has been a part of the up-north dental community for 18 years. She takes pride in helping patients understand the ins and outs of their dental experience and works hard to exceed her patient’s expectations. Diane feels it is important to get to know her patients, to listen to their concerns … and help them get what they have told her is important to their dental health.A strong believer in community service, she has been active in both the Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts of America, taught religious education at St. Mary’s and has always been an active supporter of Gaylord High School sports. Go Blue Devils! Go Snowbirds!
Nichole moved to Northern Michigan at the age of 6. While attending South Maple Elementary School as a first grader, she came home from school and excitedly announced to her parents that when she grows up she’s going to clean people’s teeth. It seems a local dental hygienist had visited her class that day for National Children’s Dental Health Month, and Nichole was sold.A 2012 graduate of Ferris State University, with an Associates of Applied Science, Nichole achieved her dream. A self-described type A personality, Nichole prides herself on patient education along with care and concern for her patient’s comfort and oral health needs. She is well versed in all areas of dentistry, ranging from restorative needs to periodontal disease. In her spare time, Nichole enjoys spending time with family and friends; camping and boating in the summer months and snowmobiling in the winter. In May 2017 Nichole married her best friend, Curtis Harden. Together, they share a strong devotion to family, friends and community. You can find them volunteering frequently at local school and community events, usually with other family members in tow.

She enjoys helping her patients improve their dental health and transforming their smile into something extraordinary.“As a dental assistant, I see my mission is to help each patient, even the most fearful … feel relaxed and comfortable. I love what I do and know my positive attitude may be just what a certain patient needs at any moment.” Outside of the office, Susan enjoys riding her Harley along one of the many scenic Up North highways. In addition, she can be found golfing, gardening, and spending time with family and friends. Sarah is a native to Michigan. She moved to Gaylord in 1999. In 2001, she married the love of her life, Michael and in 2012 they completed their family with the adoption of their daughter, JoAnna. Sarah has over 20 years of dental experience working in both general dentistry and pediatric dentistry. Another passion is her work at the local hospital assisting in the care of surgical pediatric patients. She loves interacting on a personal level to ease any fears or concerns our patients may have, and feels strongly about patient education and comfort.
Loving her Northern Michigan life, Sarah and her family are frequently found exploring nature. In the summer, countless nights are found camping at many of Northern Michigan’s local campgrounds. Not to limit the fun to just the three of them, their pugs, Fred and Chester, often tag along. When not snowshoeing in the winter, she can be found with a hot beverage, a cozy blanket and good book in hand.
