Dr. Timothy Harbin
Tim was raised in Swartz Creek, Michigan, and spent much of his formative athletic career racing up and down the soccer fields of southern Michigan. He meet the love of his life, Karin, while attending the University of Michigan. They moved to Gaylord to raise their family of four daughters in a growing small community with great access to outdoor activities. The family is passionate about camping, hiking, kayaking and exploring America’s National Parks together, and love to photo document their journey to many of these treasures. Dr. Tim is still passionate about soccer and teaching the young generation the fine art of the sport. He can be found all across this great state refereeing teams playing the game. When you meet Tim, don’t bother asking his favorite colors … maize and blue … a lifelong fan!

Dr. Kristal Grenuk-Wioncek
Dr Kristal Grenuk-Wioncek ( gren-Uk, wine sec) was raised in Standish, Michigan on a farm. She studied dental assisting at the Bay-Arenac Skill Center where she fell in love with dentistry.
She met her husband, John at a Polish dance in Detroit while attending dental school at the University of Detroit
They raised two wonderful daughters in Livonia, Michigan, before moving to Brighton, Michigan where she has lived for 10 years. She operated her own successful dental practice in Livonia for 28 years. She retired as a practice owner in 2022 to spend more time at her vacation home on Houghton Lake in Prudenville. She was able to cover for Dr. Harbin during his medical leave in January 2023 and will remain with us as a part time dental associate.
Dr Kristal continues to attend Polish-Ukrainian festivals, dances, and ceremonies. She enjoys gardening and taking road trips along with international travel.

Diane Reinhardt
Practice Administrator
Diane moved to Gaylord with her family in 1995 and quickly fell in love with her new northern home. In 1985 she married her husband Matt, growing their family with the birth of their son Matthew in 1986 and Nichole in 1989.
In August of 2015, their son and daughter-in-law Jennifer blessed them with their first grandchild, Evelyn Grace. In September of 2019 their daughter and son-in-law Curtis blessed them with their second granddaughter, Rachel Olivia followed by their grandson Eric in January 2022.
Diane loves living in northern Michigan with all it has to offer. Snowmobiling in the winter, camping and boating in the summer with family and friends are her off time passions … just asking her about them will put a smile on her face and a story is bound to be told!
Diane is our Practice Administrator and has been a part of the up-north dental community since 1996. She takes pride in helping patients understand the ins and outs of their dental experience and works hard to exceed her patient’s expectations. Diane feels it is important to get to know her patients, to listen to their concerns … and help them achieve what they have told her is important to their dental health.
A strong believer in community service, she has been active in both the Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts of America, taught religious education at St. Mary’s and has always been an active supporter of Gaylord High School sports.
Nichole Harden
Registered Dental Hygienist
Nichole moved to Northern Michigan at the age of 6. While attending South Maple Elementary School as a first grader, she came home from school and excitedly announced to her parents that when she grows up she’s going to clean people’s teeth. It seems a local dental hygienist had visited her class that day for National Children’s Dental Health Month, and Nichole was sold.
A 2012 graduate of Ferris State University, with an Associates of Applied Science, Nichole achieved her dream. A self-described type A personality, Nichole prides herself on patient education along with care and concern for her patient’s comfort and oral health needs. She is well versed in all areas of dentistry, ranging from restorative needs to periodontal disease.
In her spare time, Nichole enjoys spending time with family and friends; camping and boating in the summer months and snowmobiling in the winter. In May 2017 Nichole married her best friend, Curtis Harden. In September of 2019 Nichole and Curtis welcomed their first child, Rachel Olivia and in January 2022 their son Eric Michael was born. Together, they share a strong devotion to family, friends and community. You can find them volunteering frequently at local school and community events, usually with other family members in tow.
Julie Cunningham
Registered Dental Hygienist
Julie’s father worked internationally for General Motors, for the first 11 years of her life, Julie lived in Europe. Born in Germany where she resided with her parents for the first 8 years then onto London England for the next 3 years before moving to Michigan.
Julie started her dental career as a registered dental assistant before returning to school to obtain her registered dental hygiene degree.
Julie is an avid learner and is continually growing within the dental hygiene profession, embracing change, whether in new products, procedures or technologies. Patient care and education are her top priorities when treating her patients.
Julie enjoys visiting her family and friends which are scattered throughout the Midwest. When not traveling Julie enjoys golfing, kayaking, camping and making things while upcycling. An animal lover at heart, Julie is accompanied on many of these adventures by her rescue fur baby, black Labrador Benny.
Julie is “looking forward to working with this great team and to be part of the Otsego Dental Group family. She is excited to build new, lasting relationships with her patients and hopes to see you soon.
Gabrielle St. Clair
Dental Assistant
Gabrielle was born and raised in Northern Michigan, but moved to South Georgia in 2014. While living in Georgia, she welcomed three daughters; Scarlett Jean in 2015, Emma Louise in 2016, and Peyton Jo in 2018. She returned to Northern Michigan in 2019, wanting to be close to friends and family, fell in love with Gaylord and the community it offers, and made it home.
Gabrielle has a passion for ensuring her patients are at ease and comfortable while receiving care, and she loves assisting in transforming patients smiles every single day. She says “As a Dental assistant, my first priority is always going to be my patient. Not just their clinical care, but as an individual, and being able to have a positive impact on their care is something that is very special to me”
Outside of the office, Gabrielle is always on the go with her daughters, going geocaching, hiking, visiting museums, and so many more adventures. She is part of an indoor volleyball league during the winter and spring. In the summer months you can find her outside with her girls, whether it be playing soccer, softball, or swimming at the lake. In between volleyball games in the winter, you can catch them making their snowman family, having a snow angel contest, or having crazy snowball fights!
Traci Jados
Dental Assistant
Traci grew up in Chicago and moved to Gaylord Michigan in 2014 with her family. She was influenced by her family dentist to start her career in Dentistry in 1989. Her resume includes working in General Dentistry, Orthodontics and Oral Surgery. “As a dental assistant I love what I do, my mission is helping patients overcome their fears and achieve their dream smile.” Away from the office Traci enjoys spending time with her husband Brett who retired from the Army in 2012, they enjoy numerous indoor and outdoor activities during the multiple seasons in Northern Michigan. She also cares for her mother as they both enjoy gardening in the yard together. Traci is also an avid animal lover and has two dogs named Kracker and Kyng.
Debbie Webb
Dental Assistant
Debbie grew up in Detroit Michigan where her dad was employed by the city of Detroit for 30 years. Upon his retirement her parents moved to Lewiston Michigan where she often visited.
During her adult life, Debbie has lived in several southern states as well as upstate New York before moving back to Michigan to care for her mom who was suffering from dementia. After falling in love with Northern Michigan, she knew she wanted to stay. Debbie and her 13-year-old daughter Piper –Rae, now call Lewiston home. Additionally, she has three adult children Gage, Shania and Noah all living on their own.
Debbie started her dental career in 1989 taking a summer job working for her aunt’s cousin, who was a dentist. Debbie fell in love with the dental field and working with people. Debbie has taken several courses provided by the American Dental Association to explore and learn the different areas the dental field has to offer. Over the years she has worked in general dentistry, oral surgery, pediatrics, endodontics, cosmetic dentistry, and periodontics.
Debbie’s favorite field is general dentistry as she feels, she gets to have more one on one time with her patients.
Outside of work, Debbie enjoys gardening, crafting, cooking, hiking, and most of all time with her family and friends. She has two cats named Coco, and Bean along with one Yorkshire Terrier named Peanut.
Jackie Banko
Scheduling Coordinator
Jackie moved from Fowlerville to Northern Michigan in 2020 with her dog Tuck. Jackie and Tuck enjoy exploring all the beauty Northern Michigan has to offer. You can find her on the water year round kayaking, or accompanied by Tuck, snowshoeing and hiking the various state parks in Northern Michigan.
Jackie is a proud mother to a wonderful daughter and 2 great sons. These 3 magnificent children are grown and have flown the coop to become exceptional humans in their own rights. Jackie will soon be welcoming a son-in-law to complete her family.
Jackie started her career in dentistry as an assistant in orthodontics. As her love for dentistry grew and with the encouragement of her doctor, Jackie took the next step and earned her degree and license to become a registered dental hygienist. Jackie continued this part of her dental career for 24 years.
Upon retirement from the clinical side of dental hygiene, Jackie has now embarked on the administrative side of dentistry. This shift from clinical to front office has been very enlightening for Jackie. She has learned it takes a village to make a great team.
